I told my parents early on I did not ask to be here. But as long as I am here, I have tried to find some meaning in my life. My life certainly did not turn out as I had envisioned. But I am getting by.

You have to put meaning into your life. You have to make the connections. Life is a participatory activity. If you are to get better, you have to participate.
