I'm glad you're all okay. This kind of thing makes me so mad sometimes. Dogs run around here all the time, and where I live has no police because I'm outside city limits. Wonderful. My neighbor has a very vicious dog that she lets run around the neighborhood. Its killed 1 dog and attacked 3 people. I can't even let my 2 little yorkies run around in the driveway (on leashes) anymore
Where I used to live had a dog on the street the nearly killed a dog too. The worst part is the dogs owner was LAUGHING while it was attacking a tiny chihuahua. Its a little confusing because I really love dogs, and then I hear about particular ones doing this kind of thing. People need to train their dogs and keep them inside, in the yard or on a leash.
