gravyyy... that is such a yucky place to be... been there a lot myself lately (and even said, "feel like I've been run over by a truck(!)" -- it does, doesn't it?) and it's very frustrating. You did have a very challenging day yesterday... perhaps it's residual or a reaction to that??? (That's kind of a hard thing to describe, but does it make sense?)
