Chamomille helps me sometimes.

Also sometimes I can't sleep if I don't have my glass of milk before bedtime.

Also try meditating or relaxation, or establish a routine to help you sleep?

Way back when I used to always go to bed lying on my back, but I wouldn't fall asleep until I rolled over on my side. I would naturally roll over on my side after being in the bed for a short time. After some time, it became a good trigger for me... I would get into bed on my back and if things were bothering me and I couldn't fall asleep, I would remember to make the effort to roll over onto my side and then I would almost always fall asleep right away. Had to lay in bed on my back for the right amount of time first though.

That doesn't help me anymore, with the depression and the racing thoughts when I am agitated... but maybe will lead you to some relief...

Or at least an interesting story
