Among other meds, I've been on 30 mg of Lexapro for quite awhile. 3 months ago my psychiatrist wrote me a new mail order prescription but he wrote the wrong dosage on the script and it was unable to be filled. Nobody told me this until I called asking when I would receive it. The mail order said the Dr would have to resubmit the prescription thru a fax to them. The Dr did but faxed them the same one that was wrong in the first place. So now we're all confused with the mail order blaming the Dr and the Dr blaming the mail order and me in the middle and completely out of Lexapro. I've been out since last Sat and now I'm having withdrawal symptoms. Supposedly the problem is fixed and I should get my med soon. The lessons I learned from this is 1) Don't leave the Drs office without making sure the prescription is 100% accurate and 2) Start making noise a little sooner because you don't know how long it will take to fix a problem. Oh well, I guess I got what I deserved for ignoring 1) and 2). shaggy
