Back story: Haven't slept in 6 nights and woke two mornings ago with 3o+cuts on my arms that I don't remember doing. My pdoc told me to go into the ER.

Since I really didn't want to be admitted they told me that that they would let me go home and try some different meds there and that I HAD to see my doctor no later than weds. If I didn't feel better and couldn't get in to see my pdoc than I would have to come back to the hospital and be admitted.
They were so nice trying to come up with a safe plan for me that would let me stay home.
They prescribed Ativan and a new sleeping med, Rozeram (sp?). I've already taken 1 ativan at the hospital and it hasn't done anything for me. So I'm about to take my second dose of it along with the sleeping meds. We shall see.
