I have felt stable for the most part when I have been on the right meds and with the right support. I still have breakthrough bouts of depression and mania. Sometimes these indicate a med change. But these times are shorter in duration and not as severe. I know I have had enough depressive episodes to know that when I am in one, that it will end euen if my depression tells me otherwise.
