Not sure if this is the right place, but does anyone here have tinnitus?

Mine is driving me crazy - I've had it for ages and it was pretty quiet - then I caught a cold last year and it's much louder. I saw the ENT doctor yesterday said my ears are fine and my hearing is fine.

What I really hate is if I'm on a train, in a car or if something big like a truck goes past, my ear feels weird, it's like I can't hear properly out of it and I'm going deaf in one ear. When I get off the train or the car stops etc, my ear is fine again, it stops me going out though.

It's actually making me suicidal, I keep thinking may as well do it today, but then I think tomorrow it could be better - but it's not.
