For summer at work I wear long skirts, with bright nice T-Shirts or coloured spaghetti strap tops with a 3/4 sleeve length not quite see through shirt over it. Forget what the material is called, it's not completelty opaque nor is it completely see through, you can see shapes, but not details through it. Usually wear slingbacks with a medium heel and peekaboo toe.

For afterwork / weekends I'm strictly shorts, t-shirts, and sandals.

If I'm going some place semi dressy in the evening or on a weekend I sometimes where nice skorts that are just above knee length with a nice top.
