Hi feary. First I have to agree with the others that you should take your meds as prescribed, and not change the doseage without your doctor's instructions.
I also want to say that this may not be related to the meds. In my own experience, anxiety and depression tend to ebb and flow. You might want to think about what was going on while you were feeling better? Were you talking to certain people? Doing particular activities? Eating certain foods? Visiting certain locations? Just like you can discover triggers that make you feel worse, you can also discover things that make you feel better! If you can think about the circumstances surrounding the past two weeks when you were feeling pretty good, it might help you work towards getting that feeling back.
