I think I'm mad. I do not think that I am insane but I can be crazy sometimes.

But I'm not mad in the psychiatric sense. I am mad as in angry about a lot of painful things that have happened to me in my life and haunted by disturbing memories.

It's ok though, I'm aware of this and I do not believe that any of my hurt can never be cured. Not only that but I believe this is true for every single one of us.
