I know sometimes some meds can help - like xanax, but they are meant to be working on some type of medication especially for it.

When I had my hearing test - having the headphones on made my tinnitus louder - was like the sound couldn't get out, suprised I could hear the sounds lol.
I like the sound from the fan of my pc and laptop - helps a little bit.
