That statement was made in reference to the guidelines regarding abusers being allowed to participate on PC.

Here is the guideline where it says that the focus is on support for victims of abuse, but it is taken in the CONTEXT of the situation that was occurring.

Pedophiles, rapists, and others that have abused another individual physically, emotionally or sexually (whether imagined, real, acted-upon or not, and/or convicted), are not welcomed here because our focus is on support for victims of such abuse. The two are not compatible with one another.

The guidelines DO NOT say you have to have been abused to participate. It just says in the context of the discussion about offenders and abusers, what the focus is here at PC.

Actually from my understanding, the guidelines regarding abusers/offenders have to do with every forum and they are not permitted on PC.
