I am so glad to hear that your hospital stay worked out and was beneficial... and especially that you have a new treatment plan and therefore some good hope for improvement with this. Diagnosing these illnesses can be very tricky and with a better diagnosis you should get much better treatment.

I am also REALLY glad you came back to tell us how you are doing. I hope you will continue to post, this place can be a great place for support.

It also might be really beneficial to join a bipolar support group... I imagine the group you mentioned might be a problem because of involvement with your x? If so maybe you can find another group in the area that will suit your needs.
