I was in therapy at 8 and also 9 because of abuse but as the years went on I was in for other things not related to abuse. right now Im in all kinds of therapy due to work related issues.
from what I understand psych central is not for just one kind of person or topic. its for everyone in the whole world to come and use. Ive seen posts around that were about people who knew someone with the problems that each of the forums deal with, Ive also seen posts by people that just want some information about things around here. you dont have to be a survivor or an abuser. I dont think they allow abusers to come on here and post anyway.
