I realize that I need to post 5 times to be able to post etc., but I am having a hard time not knowing if this ADHD I have had all my life pretty much. I am 56 and I'm desperately trying to find a counselor. The Adderall does seem to make thoughts etc. worse. I'm really not sure what's right or wrong. Please help! Pam
