Thursday:
I ate 2 turkey burgers on lettuce for breakfast/lunch
Dinner I had chick-fil-e salad with lot fat dressing
still havent made time for exercise (eek) and havent weighed in this week because im eating more than what I had been so Im afraid I have gained weight.
OH but I have a Mrs. Bairds Cherry Pie in my purse that IM NOT GOING TO EAT! Please help me not eat it

My hubby bought it for me this morning to be sweet but it has 440 calories just in one pie.
