My lunch has to be a better choice today than yesterday. I ended up asking the guy behind the counter at a coffee bar if they had a nutrition guide for any of their food. Mostly sweets/pasteries, cookies, etc.
They had rice krispie treats  with only 240 calories with 3.5 grams of fat! So that was my late afternoon "lunch/treat"! and I actually lost 2 pounds in the last 2 days. So it does work for me when I "walk it off". For a sweet treat, that was a good 'calorie' choice!

Friday: Cream of wheat for breakfast, cup of coffee with milk and sugar mmmm. Bugged out on my trainer today because I was too anxious to go to the Y. She will email later with ideas for me to try.
