Lynn: I have a list but I think writing it all down will help...putting the bigger appointments on a calendar. The daily stuff on a daily to do list. If I don't get stuff done, no reading until it gets done. Some are just changes like setting my bed time. I am going to set it at 10:00 tonight and see how it goes. Still have my walk to do but I am looking forward to that. QA: Tried the taking it easy on the weekends but then I do not get the apartment clean and I fail to plan for the week. Just for 24 hours I am making myself accountable to stay with my list. Off to go get ready for my walk. Then the dishes and I am done for the day. Will check back in later.
