I finally have something positive to share here.
One of the things that's kept me awake is overstimulation at night. For a time, I used the tv to h elp me sleep---human voices are comforting to me. But lately, all it's done is make me more agitated---issues being talked about on programs keeps me awak now.
Then I tried the radio, but most stations here are rock and roll and I find now that's better for me during the day or in the morning.
So now I am listening to classical music.
never been into that, but at least it doesnt' trigger me or turn me on s*x*ally or obnoxious like some rock songs are.
Last night, it just felt so good to finally let my thoughts drift away on some string music, flutes, organ...
And sleep...

i listen to meditation CDs, classical music, or some new age. Constance Dembry and Steve Halpren are great for getting to sleep. i have a couple of CDs i haven't heard the last tracks because i fall asleep.
i would try the fish but can't see that far without my classes.
