There is an intensive outpatient program available that is very expensive but would be a great place for me as a doctor. It is not covered by my insurance though. In general, there are none near my home.

I "fired" both my psychiatrist and therapist. I am seeing a new one of each next week.

It seems that my parents are going to have to fork over alot of money, probably from loans, to pay for some sort of treatment like an intensive outpatient program, residential care, or something like that.

I am even considering ECT.
