Hi,
Why should you be frightened of your dreams? Be they good or bad, they are always trying to help you. When you know your dreams better, you will realise what most of your dreams are trying to do in your sleep.
Firstly we all need a dream to wake us after every sleep. Dreams are the actual waking mechanisms, the natural alarm clocks of life. If you get into a bad sleeping position your dream will either move you or wake you up. If you have any pain or discomfort, dreams will help you to sleep and give you time to heal. If you need to wake up very quickly for some reason, the subconscious obliges with a nightmare that frightens you awake! If you are bored in sleep your dreams will entertain you! Dreams are your guardian angels.
Forget about analysing your dreams. It is what they do in sleep that is important. The meanings relate only to your character and your experiences.
Thanks for this!
