I appreciate everyone's input. I suppose I am being stubborn about the sleep aid. If I've been off of it for two weeks, I must not be addicted. Using it to get me back into a sleep rhythm for a couple of days won't hurt. It's just my pride that I want to get off all of my meds. Clearly I still need some of them.

Thanks for the support. I'll take my meds tonight. Staying out of a manic episode is most important. If not, I'd be forced to take more meds. Simple logic sometimes eludes me.
