Personally I love massages. I'd get them monthly if I could afford it. But for me it's a treat a couple of times a year.
The best massage I've ever had in terms of releasing emotional stuff was a 2 1/2 hour Hawaiian massage. It's really deep but amazing. May try to get another one when I'm on holiday this year.
