First - I think of this situation as it is no different from someone in a real world administrative job at a rape crisis center, domestic violence center, county mental health center and private practice. Its a part of life that people do leave their jobs either by resigning or being fired. They take with them all their personal items whether shared with the clients and agency or not. And most times the clients ARE NOT told the reason why that person left the agency.

Just because this is online it is no different. Psych central is a support group just like those run by real world rape crisis centers, domestic violence centers, mental health agencies. Psych central has an employee just like in the real world that has left the agency, and just like leaving a job in the real world she has taken her own personal items whether or not they were shared with the office personnel and clients. And Like in the real world the clients are not being told the whole situation that led to the employee leaving her job.

Second - Like in the real world those that have a problem with the employee leaving can talk with the administration of the agency in private so that they can better understand the situation. Like in the real world the administration can forwards contact information to the employee so that the employee can choose whether or not she wants to answer that persons questions about the situation and decision to leave the agency or continue contact with those she left behind.

Third - it was my understanding that this thread started by the employee and then continued by the administration was put here to inform the clients of the the employees decision to leave the job and so that the clients have a way to wish the employee well. It was not put here as battleground for world war three, or to inform the clients of the situation that led to the employees decision to leave the agency.

Fourth - I was coming in here for months before I was a registered client so I know that it is possible that Ozzie can and could be watching what is going on here. During her time on the job she never put up with arguements, rumors and speculations. I can't help but think how disappointed and hurt all this is making her feel. I also can't help but think how this thread may be pushing her further away from us instead of giving her reasons to come back to us.
