You are doing great! I know how hard it is. The fact that you haven't used any negative coping skills is HUGE. I think when you are at the skills breakdown point it is a good time to call T. But I also know that's an issue for you because she didn't answer your last couple of calls. Reach out to her again if it feels right, or keep posting here, or both.
