My husband and I have been trying to buy a house for the last three months and we finally got acceptance on a property, but the bank has sent us a counter offered - and with that we are now a little confused until the lender office opens tomorrow and I can talk to some one.

If there is any one online tonight that can help us out a little tonight with what our new total closing cost would be please reply ASAP!

Loan Amount: $61,176.00
Down Payment: $2,170.00
Estimated Prepaids: $1,589.43
Estimated Closing Cost: $4380.41
