Members, please use these resources when you need to, and remember the guidelines for the forums and chat rooms. If you feel like you might hurt yourself or somebody, we would like to be able to help you but the best we can do is ask you to call someone who is qualified and close enough to help. It is so frustrating when someone asks for help and there is nothing we can do, especially when the other members in the chat room or on the forums are having a hard time themselves and aren't up to handling a crisis. It isn't that we don't care, more a matter of caring so much that it hurts not to be able to help enough.
