Thanks for the advice, any/all is appreciated at this point.
Though I don't really have a SET time to myself, I have been getting away a little here and there. I guess the thing is, when I come home or 'come out of my own little world'-reality is still there waiting for me to deal with it. It's just getting to the point where the small break isn't making it easier anymore. Ya know what I mean?
