We hope this comes out right. Try to ground Trinity. Sit and think about breathing. Find your happy thoughts and think on them. Maybe what you need is a space to you without distraction. Sometimes we try too hard with our healing and keep pushing on when we need a break. Sometimes when we feel anxiety or out of control, and nothing else works, we let the little ones out to play and they help us to find peace while they play. You are a very good friend as well as very deserving of some peace and tranquility.
