Wow, this is me too, even to the point of telling myself that I don't know where it really is - but surely, even if only unconsciously, I do..
Avoidance is endless.... T is committed and strong in spirit but she WILL be retiring one day. We two do not have an infinite amount of time, and I feel an urgency to move into it.
If I ask T to put her finger right on the deepest pain, will she do that? After 2.5 yrs working with me, I know she could do this.
