The last time I talked about this, I did not explain it very well.
I am a plus size female, I'm not extreamlly overweight though.
I feel like i'm over eatting all the time.
Just to give you guys a hint of my regular days, and when I over eat.
Regular days:
Eggs and toast
Pasta
2 25cent bags of chips
Chicken,corn and Garlic potatos (Just an example)
Over Eatting:
pasta (Or chocolate milk)
dollar bag of hot chettos
whole homemade pizza to myself
ice cream (Sometimes a big one)
I feel like i'm overeating all the time.
Even though some people say i'm not, and some say I am.
I want food all the time, but I hold back the urges.
I dont want to eat if I'm not bored. Which i'm bored most the time.
Sometimes I eat till I throw up, and some days I dont want food as much.
Its like my diets all over the place.
Is it bad to eat alot once in a while, like one day out of every 1-2 weeks?
Could this be a eating disorder, and should I talk to my doctor.
I would appreicate your thoughts.
Ill also keep you guys posted on how i'm doing.
