Yeah, I like Benadryl but take the children's dose (chewable grape :-) as I usually only use it to help me sleep and only very occasionally nowadays as there are other allergy meds and stuff that help better. I have a weird reaction where I use Advil for aches and pains but Tylenol PM is better for me than Advil PM, it has to be in the antihistamine each uses rather than the Advil/Tylenol portion.
