I eat healthy, but not all the time.
If I skip a day or 2 of veggies and fruit, I try to make it up the next day, which I dont know if this is the best thing to do.
I eat, and keep track of my portions to make sure i'm getting what I need.
Its just sometimes I feel like its to much.
I went to my dietitan, and she told me I need to eat more! Which really surprised me ! .
She said I could use more meat and grain in my diet, like instead of white bread, eat some wheat once in a while.
I'm good on all my veggies and fruit though.
I though I was really strugling on my diet, when it turns out i'm doing a pretty good job.
