Last night, I was up all night because i kept getting into things online. I'm online every night, last night was just different with gaming. So I finally fell asleep around 6am and then had to get up at 10am for work. I've been drained ALL day and exhausted. So now it's 11pm again and I'm wide awake. Going to go bore myself reading a pdf book or something to try and fall asleep.
I like nightime. It's quiet. I can hear myself think. It's peaceful. But at the same time I need to sleep

I've noticed TV is too stimulating..I've recently got into a habit of watching Roseanne at night. It starts at 11pm and they play a few episodes and it lasts a couple hours.. I've seen every episode already..it's just that it's on.
