I think it's ok to tell your T about this, if you feel you need/want to. I once dreamt about kissing T, but there wasn't really anything romantic attached to it. It was more just a feeling of great affection, closeness... maybe even self-love. Who knows. Just wanted to assure you that your T will be fine with it
