I want to file a formal complaint against my insurance company - well, actually the behavioral health people that my insurance company works with.

I don't even know what agency I'm supposed to contact.

I want this to be taken seriously, and I would like for disciplinary action to be taken, if they even do anything. (probably nothing, but I at least want to try)

They are treating me like (insert bad word here)

I live in Oregon.
