I'm currently taking Seroquel XR, (aka Seroquel XL) 250mg. The only side effect I noticed was being tired, but this goes away after a week or so. I find the XR better than IR (instant-release) in the sense that there's less side effects and less drowsiness.

This medication is working for me because it has wiped away a LARGE percentage of my anxiety. I no longer have panic attacks, and I also get a good night's sleep. I used to cry all the time, now it doesn't happen often at all.

Any problems with it? Increased appetite, and vision problems. Often when trying to read things in the distance, it's blurry. I used to have 20/20 vision. However, for me the rewards totally outweighs the problems. Without it, I'd be an anxious wreck, and would more easily become manic.
