I take 300 mg of the regular flavor, spaced through out the day. I tried the XR/XL version and it made me hyper, and I wasn't able to sleep.

I have to work on going to sleep after I take my night time dose, b/c if I don't I'll sit there and eat everything until I pass out.....>.<
