I know you said you don't expect a response to your email, but I guess what I meant by how she responds was more than that. first of all, whether she lets you keep that appt on the 14th. Secondly, how she interacts with you or what she says about this specifically during that session.
Because it is very clear to ME at least that you have done a tremendous amount of work here, granite. You went through a huge abandonment/rejection trigger, sent her the 1st email in reaction to that trigger, but then worked through your feelings and thoughts and were able to thoughtfully word a 2nd email asking for your session back. That is HUGE, and a lot of work. I hope your T sees that and reinforces that for you.
