Wow that's so scary - but I can understand how that can happen. It's the worst pain I've ever had. The first time I had it, I tried to just do the physio and I have a high pain tolerance, but it honestly felt like torture so he recommended I get the cortisone. It worked amazingly.
The mistake I made was not keeping up the exercises.I didn't know it would come back

I'm worried I don't feel any improvement and trying to be optimistic for the next 2. Its a catch 22 with Frozen Shoulder - you need to exercise and move but it's agonizing to do the exercises. The more you don't move, the stiffer it gets. Thanks for the hug ((JD))
