Only Ozzie can speak as to why she resigned. Since she's gone, she has silenced herself.

But from my perspective, the basic issue is she and I didn't see eye to eye on an administrative issue. She thought it important enough to resign over. I respected that and told her as much. She had nothing but my support and admiration before she left.

Folks, I wanted to be fair and give everyone a chance to 'vent' over this unfortunate circumstance. But I'm not going to rehash this over and over again. What's done is done and we need to move on....
