You are going to be a low dose of Fluoxetine. And I wonder why you are starting at higher dose and then it will be decreased. Tegretol should help you but it does have side effects. I take Trileptal which is the same Tegretol except there is a oxygen atom in it. It doesn't have side affect the way Tegretol does.
