Any other thoughts?

I know that paranoia is a psychosis symptom and psychosis can be a symptom of other disorders.

The images are completely out of my control; they happen at random and were very frightening. I am having a better time now that I am on Abilify which is an antipsychotic. That is why I wonder if intrusive thoughts are a form of psychosis.
