Also, a good thing2learn is what triggers ur bad habits. When u know what triggers u, its easier2figure out how2stop. Like, some ppl drink when they feel sad, so instead of picking up a drink when they feel sad, they could call a friend&talk or write in a journal. When I get anxious or angry I want2buy pills&get numb, but now I try2think about what's making me feel that way&why. Everybodys different tho. Its just a suggestion, but u should try it.
