I'm going to be honest. We've all been there.
It hurts. It hurts to not do it and it hurts to do it and somehow it all feels so good.
But only you can help you in the end and I can see that you want it. You wouldn't be here if this weren't true.
Life is a pain in so many ways and sometimes it's unbearable. What do you enjoy? Even if you can't answer that right now, think back to a time when you could. Think of anything else that makes you feel besides cutting. Maybe it's an animal or a friend, a movie or a song. Something out there is worth living for. You can find it! You might need help to do this, and this is where you reach out... To the stars, to a therapist, to something other than the blade. YOU CAN DO THIS. We all can.. and it'll hurt, but you'll be alive and you'll feel alive, and it'll feel so good
