Oh yes. Holy cow, yes. The smallest things have sent me into major rages over the years. Hands down it's been my most personally mortifying behavior. Far and away. Very occasionally, I can diffuse. Usually it's more like a flash of white hot lightning. A switch is flipped and look out. Yelling, screaming and flailing? Oh yes. Violence? Yes, though it is *some* consolation that it's mainly directed at myself and inert objects. I like to think that I remember these occasions. And I do. Because I'm mortified when they're over. But, in fairness, I would doubtless be even more mortified if I could actually see myself in the process. It's bad.
*But*, I've found it is far far far less of an issue when my meds are working. Since then I've only had one minor flip out where I hurled myself against a building. Yeah. In public. (And yeah, that's minor for me). But at least I managed to get outside before it unleashed...
It's way up there on the list of self-loathing attributes...
