Yeah, I'm guessing it's either as a result of purging (like whoswho said some anorexics also purge) or malnutrition. I know it's a seperate thing but my hair started falling out when I was anorexic, so I guess it's probably the same thing with teeth, you just don't get what you need to be healthy.
