Okay I've got it!!!!!

I covered the picture except for the head. Within 3-5- seconds it changed directions. I slowly lowered the paper that was hiding the rest of the body. The first time I lost the counterclockwise direction and it switched at waist level; the second time I went a bit slower and made it all the way down. About 10-15 seconds into it I recognized a feeling in a specific area of my head - like pressure. I thought about that and it switched back again to clockwise.
