It's great to hear you haven't done anything in a year. Cravings can be difficult at times, but don't give in! Implement coping mechanisms to deal with stressors/depression instead of using is your best bet. Your T can help you implement coping skills for those times when you're having a hard time and want to reach for that little bottle. And there's always PC to help.
